　　1 Remember how you can talk about your sense of anticipation about something in the future, e.g.: I’m looking forward to the Olympics / I’m looking forward to the Olympics; I’m looking forward to my holiday / I’m looking forward to my holiday. You can add emphasis by adding so / so, e.g.: I’m so looking forward to . . . / I’m so looking forward to . . .

　　2 You can also talk about your sense of excitement or anticipation by saying I can’t wait . . . / I can’t wait . . . e.g.: I can’t wait for the Olympics to start / I can’t wait for the Olympics to start.

　　你还可以这样来谈论你期待或者激动的心情：I can’t wait . . . /我等不及 . . .例如：I can’t wait for the Olympics to start /我等不及奥运会的召开。

　　3 You talk about the different events / events in the Olympics, e.g. the athletics events / the athletics events; the swimming events / the swimming events.
