| The procedure for "Remittance Express" is quite simple. You can use an ICBC's deposit passbook or the cash to transfer money. If you want to use the passbook, you only have to fill out the specialized voucher for remittance at nearby ICBC branch. Your own passbook, the receiver's name or his current deposit account number should be provided. The money can be remitted after your valid identification card （ID card, household registration booklet, passport, identification credentials for armyman） is presented and handling charge is paid. As for remittance in cash, the remitter directly hands over the cash. | The remittee can use the deposit book appointed by the remitter to draw the money in the local ICBC outlet appointed by the remitter 24 hours after the general remittance being transacted. The urgent remittance can be drawn with 2 hours.
